When Jesus had finished these words, the crowds were awestruck at his teaching, because he taught as one who had authority, and not as their experts in the law.

Jesus' teaching is for Jesus People. Our goal is to learn it, live it, and share it with those who are curious, not force it on a disinterested world.

Peacemaking is inherently evangelistic. The Gospel is the message that Jesus brings us peace with God and with one another.

Peacemaking goes beyond being nonviolent to actively engaging in the work of mediation and reconciliation.
